SPANISH COURSES IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN

We offere different language courses to choose from. These courses are open all year round, and you can start a course any Monday of the year. Students aged 16 or below will be placed in separate groups with teachers specialized in students of their age.

    Standard Spanish Course

    20 Spanish lessons a week in a group, normally in the mornings from 10am-2pm. Lessons of 60 minutes each.

    Group size: Maximum 8 students, average of 4.

    1 lessons per week of yoga, dancing, cooking or an activity.

    Super Intensive Spanish Course

    30 Spanish lessons a week, normally in the mornings from 10am-2pm in a group PLUS 2 extra private lessons per day. Lessons of 60 minutes each.

    Group size: Maximum 8 students, average of 4 in the group part. 1 on 1 in private part.

    1 lessons per week of yoga, dancing, cooking or an activity included.

    Choose this course if you need to improve a specific topic (eg. grammar, conversation, DELE exam) or learn faster.

    Mega Intensive course

    20 private lesons per week. Lessons of 60 minutes each.

    1 lessons per week of yoga, dancing, cooking or an activity.

    Group size: private lessons.

    This is the most intense course we offer.

    Course for families and kids

    Each year we host many families which want either to have a course together or adults in one level and their kids in a separate level. For kids our lessons are fun, outside of a typical classroom and with special materials and activities. We accept all ages interested in learning Spanish. Our teachers are dynamic, engaging and use special material during class, which is takes places in fun and different locations.

    Group size: group and semi-private lessons.

    1 lessons per week of yoga, dancing, cooking or an activity.

    Minimum of 2 participants.Please note we dont provide any sort of babysitting services.

    Private and semi private lessons

    The minimum is 5 lessons per week. Options for 1 on 1 and 2 on 1; in person and online options

All Spanish courses include the following content

Grammar, conversation, reading, vocabulary. Group courses follow a curriculum decided by the teacher, while private lessons adapt to student specific needs. Registration: To register for a Spanish course, book by filling the registration form provided in our website "Book here" on the left menu. You will receive a confirmation email. On arrival, you should be at the school on your first day at 9,15am to start the course and present a black and white copy of your passport. You will also receive an information pack with activities and a map of Playa del Carmen.

You can take any course from a week, but to complete a level it takes 4 weeks, there are 6 levels.

 

We offer the following levels

  • Beginners 1 and 2: These are the basic Spanish courses we offer. They cover specific topics from past, present and future tenses to vocabulary and conversation topics in basic life situations.
  • Intermediate 1 and 2: These levels allow students to manage complex tenses and irregular verbs as well as subjunctive for example. Conversation and reading topics allow them to cover most communication situations.
  • Advanced 1 and 2: These levels are for enhancing skills and managing advanced conversation situations related to business and work. We also offer Yoga lessons once a week either in the mornings or evenings at dawn, based on student demands. One hour is incuded in your package per week. Also, dancing lessons are offered, once per week with your package, these vary from Salsa to merengue, etc.
